BB.ENGINEERING helps you make the right investment decision. We offer technical advice, prepare feasibility studies as well as investment cost estimates and combine the individual parameters into a detailed analysis.
BB.ENGINEERING offers engineering services for pipeline and plant construction - from the design to the final implementation planning. On-site measurement - also by means of laser scanning - is just as much a standard for us as is well-founded process and system planning.
BB.ENGINEERING develops technical specifications for the design of plant components and as a basis for the procurement process. Among other things, we design pumps for you, prove the strength of containers and carry out static pipe system calculations with ROHR2. In addition, we also prepare steel construction and foundation statics.
BB.ENGINEERING designs a 3D model based on the intelligent P&ID flow chart, which includes all works and components and takes all interfering edges and inventories into account. This CAD system design enables us to plan efficient systems.
BB.ENGINEERING is an expert for the static calculation of piping systems, pressure and heat loss calculations as well as for internal pressure, flange and nozzle checks. We work with ROHR2, the leading CAE system for static pipe system calculations.
BB.ENGINEERING develops the structure of the tender together with the customer. We prepare the tender documents on the basis of the technical planning and, if desired, accompany the procurement process until the contract is awarded. Among other things, this includes bid evaluation and participation in supplier meetings.
Holistic 3D planning
BB.ENGINEERING creates holistic 3D models for, as an example, new production or logistics halls. The models include all works and enable a proactive collision check to avoid planning errors and to optimize the construction process planning.
As a basis for your planning, BB.ENGINEERING creates high resolution, very precise photorealistic 3D-models using laser scanning. Changes to the inventory or different variants can be simulated directly in the CAD environment.
